I have recently started taking a cake decorating class and the instructor said to make sure and take photos of all your cakes so that you can see how you grow over time and how your cakes will get better and better. I had a general knowledge of this because I have been taking pictures of my cakes since I started baking in college....well the ones I remembered to take pictures of...I usually am kicking myself when I have realized I forgot to take a photo. Hearing her say it though made me realize that although I take pictures they aren't all in one place for me to really see my growth. So I thought to myself what better way to see how I have grown than to start a blog and post all of my pictures there. I will post pictures of my cakes and other yummy things too. Although this is really just a blog for me I hope you all enjoy and who know what the blog may evolve into over time. ;)
